When is the RSVP deadline?
Please respond by December 15th, 2025. This helps us coordinate travel arrangements and catering for our international guests.
Do I need a visa to travel to India?
Most international visitors need a visa for India. We recommend checking with the Indian embassy in your country and applying for an e-visa well in advance.
What about accommodation?
Your accommodations are confirmed in Visakhapatnam for the nights of March 6th to March 8th for those who RSVP! Please note rooms will be shared, accommodating up to 2 people per room. If this style of accommodations is not up to your preference, there are plenty of hotels that you can book as per your liking. We would ask that if you intend to stay elsewhere to let us know latest by the end of December so we can assign rooms accordingly.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We offer extensive vegetarian options and can accommodate most dietary needs. Please specify any restrictions when you RSVP.
